For corporate events and large celebrations, we recommend reaching out at least 4 to 6 weeks ahead. Smaller private events (under 50 guests) can often be confirmed within 2 weeks. Film productions and last-minute bookings: ask anyway — we sometimes have short-notice Tuesdays available.

Every private buyout includes exclusive use of the entire 15-acre property, all activities (aqua park, cable wakeboard, swim beach, paddle boarding), lifeguard supervision, on-site event coordinator, and parking. Catering through Costa Fuego is built into your custom package — buffet, plated, or a la carte options. Bar service available. Custom signage, branded materials, and other extras quoted separately.

A half-day buyout is a 4-hour block of exclusive park access; a full-day is 6 hours. Both include all activities, lifeguard staffing, on-site coordination, and the $30/guest Costa Fuego food allowance. Half-day works well for corporate offsites, school field trips, and tighter celebrations. Full-day gives breathing room for larger events, multi-phase agendas (e.g., morning activities + lunch + afternoon program), and any event that wants to stretch into evening Costa Fuego dining.

Yes. We’ve hosted everything from solo acoustic musicians to full-production concerts with stage and lighting. Entertainment is quoted separately based on what you need — we handle the space, power, and event coordination; the performer fees and equipment are typically booked through your team or a recommended vendor. Past events have included DJs, live bands, car shows, and even skydiving demonstrations. Tell us what you’re imagining in your inquiry and we’ll work out the production details.

Half-day buyouts (4 hours) start at $5,000. Full-day buyouts (6 hours) start at $7,500. Most groups land between $6,000 and $12,000 after activities, catering, and any extras. Larger productions with live entertainment, premium catering, or specialty activations have ranged from $25,000 to $50,000+. All food service runs through Costa Fuego, our on-site restaurant. This lets us guarantee quality, food safety, and licensed bar service. Custom menus are part of every event package — if there's a dish or cuisine you want, ask. For wine or specialty cocktails not on our standard menu, talk to us during planning. Outside alcohol is not permitted (state ABC licensing).

Northern California weather is usually cooperative from May through September. If weather forces a cancellation, we'll reschedule to another available date at no penalty. For partial weather (a thunderstorm rolls through), Costa Fuego has indoor and covered seating that can hold significant groups, and The Silos event center is available as backup for an additional fee.

We're closed to the general public on Tuesdays. That makes Tuesday the only day we can offer the entire property exclusively to your group without disrupting general operations. For very large or high-priority bookings, we can sometimes accommodate other days — ask in your inquiry if Tuesday doesn't work.

Absolutely. The Silos is on the same property, about a five-minute walk from the lakefront. A common pattern is daytime water activities at the park, transition into an evening reception or dinner at The Silos. We coordinate both venues as one event. See silosvip.com for details.

All guests sign our standard waiver (digital, takes 30 seconds). For corporate and large group events, we provide a Certificate of Insurance on request. Film productions: we handle location releases and can coordinate with your production insurance. For events with specific liability requirements (school districts, government agencies), tell us during planning and we'll work with your team.

The Aqua Park requires guests to be 6 years or older. Cable wakeboarding has a 7-year-minimum with required lesson for kids 7 to 9. Swim beach and paddle boarding are open to all ages. We can build kid-friendly packages with non-aqua-park activities for events with younger guests.
